Category coördinator (32–40 hours) – Maurik

As a Category coördinator, you’ll ensure our procurement process runs seamlessly. You’ll process orders accurately and ensure they’re handled on time. Thanks to your efforts, our customers remain fully satisfied.
Imagine this: you start the day by checking incoming orders, coordinating with a supplier regarding a sample, and discussing a customer enquiry with a colleague. In between, you work in our ERP system and keep track of everything. You tackle priorities, keep the process running smoothly, and ensure nothing falls by the wayside. This is what defines you, and it’s what energises you!
What you’ll do
In this role, you are the right hand of the Key Account Manager and help ensure that processes run efficiently.
- You maintain contact with customers and suppliers. You also ensure that agreements between the parties are clear
- You process purchase orders with the correct product details and monitor progress
- You ensure product quality by requesting and checking samples
- You confirm sales orders and communicate product information to customers
- You accurately record all process steps in our ERP system
- You have an interest in our product groups: household, linen, sports and/or stationery. You also contribute actively ideas for product development

- You have a sharp eye for detail and quickly spot when something isn’t right or needs attention
- You maintain overview and know how to set priorities so everything is handled correctly and on time
- You communicate clearly and tactfully with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- You are proactive and solution-oriented, and confident making independent decisions within your role
- You are eager to learn, work in a structured way and enjoy continuously improving processes
