Warehouse Operative (32–40 hours) – Maurik

At Via Chassé, we like to keep things practical and well-organized. Our work revolves around four key processes: inbound goods, storage, picking and shipping. Together with your team, you ensure that the right products are processed and loaded on time.

Imagine this: you start your day operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) or reach truck, give instructions to the unloading team, scan incoming pallets with a handheld scanner and place them in the correct warehouse locations. You spend most of your day driving, with minimal physical lifting, focusing on overview, planning and accuracy. Later, you help pick full-pallet orders and load them into the trucks, ensuring customers receive their orders on time. That’s you—and this is what gives you energy!

 

What you’ll do

In this role, you are a team player who develops one of the four processes as a specialty, while remaining deployable across all of them.

• You process incoming goods, check quantities and place pallets in the correct locations
• You pick orders, mainly consisting of full pallets
• You spend most of the day operating an EPT or reach truck and use the handheld scanner efficiently
• You work closely with a tight-knit team, support colleagues when needed and ensure operations run smoothly
• You identify bottlenecks and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and working methods

 

What you bring

• Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
• A proactive, positive and energetic work attitude
• Experience with handheld scanners and operating an EPT or reach truck
• You live within approximately 30 minutes of Maurik and are available for at least 32 hours per week

Together, you ensure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. In total, we have around 45 colleagues: practical, driven and with a good sense of humor.

Short lines of communication, clear agreements and a hands-on approach define the way we work. Overtime is not the norm here; we work hard, but smart.
