Warehouse Operative (32–40 hours) – Maurik

At Via Chassé, we like to keep things practical and organised. Our work revolves around four core processes: goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that all products are processed and loaded according to schedule. Thanks to your efforts, every order leaves on time and in top condition for the customer

Imagine this: you start your day on the EPT or reach truck, give instructions to the unloading team, scan incoming pallets with the hand-held scanner and place them in the correct spot in the warehouse. You spend most of your day driving, with little physical lifting, and focus on maintaining an overview, planning and working accurately. You then help with picking full pallets and loading them onto the lorries, ensuring customers receive their orders on time. This is exactly your style, and it’s what gives you energy!

 

What you’ll do

In this role, you are a team player who develops one of the four processes as a specialty, while remaining deployable across all of them.

• You process incoming goods, check quantities and place pallets in the correct locations
• You pick orders, mainly consisting of full pallets
• You spend most of the day operating an EPT or reach truck and use the handheld scanner efficiently
• You work closely with a tight-knit team, support colleagues when needed and ensure operations run smoothly
• You identify bottlenecks and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and working methods

 

What you bring

• Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
• A proactive, positive and energetic work attitude
• Experience with handheld scanners and operating an EPT or reach truck
• You are well known in the region and live within a 30-kilometer radius of Maurik. We prefer short lines of communication and short travel times for you too
